It’s been an incredible 6 years since I launched my first tutorial on Youtube. I don’t know if it’s the time that has gone by that’s crazy or the fact that the first tutorial I launched still has great nuggets of design tips in it! We all may be using a newer version of Photoshop and InDesign, but many of the techniques remain the same.
To celebrate 6 awesome years, I’m so thrilled to launch the all new Design Procademy! It’s been an amazing 2 year adventure taking many turns along the way. What’s launching today is an online education network devoted to providing resources through a variety of free tutorials, tips and pro pack templates for graphic designers just like you!
You’ll find a mix of free and paid resources that are inspired by my early years as a designer. Sometimes I needed help on a certain technique and other times I needed a base template to get me started. Not only that, if I was going to purchase something to help me out, it had to be affordable! You’ll find most of our Pro Packs under $40 and you can reuse them again and again as a base for your design projects. It’s a super way to start building your designer toolkit!
We’re just getting started with the Pro Shop, so check back for more template packs and other design goodies launching throughout 2016. The resources and tools on Design Procademy will continue to grow over time and provide you with a single place to get what you need as you continue your journey as a designer.
If you haven’t already, join our email list to stay up to date with all the latest here at Design Procademy including exclusive design tips and Pro Shop discounts. No worries on SPAM! I hate it too and only want useful things in my inbox.
That’s not all! Now that the new Design Procademy is live I’m ready to roll with some more advanced features on the site. This includes launching a series of Pro Classes later in the year that offer more in depth learning opportunities, project critiques and live one-on-one and group sessions with yours truly.
Ready…set…dive into the new site! Let me know what you think in the comments and thank you so much for your support, patience and most of all for joining me on this journey to become the best designers we can be!
